Wojciech Czaja was born in 1978 in Ruda Slaska, Poland. He has been living in Vienna since 1981. From 1996 to 2004 he studied architecture at the Technical University of Vienna. After several years as an architect, he gave it up entirely and decided o join the writing trade. Since then, he has been working as a freelance architecture journalist for daily papers and professional journals in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Croatia. Until now, he has written approximately 1.500 articles and papers. In 2006, he was awarded the Signa Tour Awards for sustainable tourism for a paper on rice cultivation in the Philippines. From 2007 to 2008 he was editor in chief for the Austrian and Danish architecture magazine 91° More than Architecture. Besides that, he has been giving lectures and speeches at several universities. Currently, he is honorary professor at the University for Applied Arts in Vienna. |

Aleksandar Opsenica was born in Belgrade and is professionally present in Serbia and the region. He is the founder REBEC – an investment which platform since 2008 monitors the real estate development in the SEE and Western Balkans region. He is the publisher and Editor-in-Chief of AG Real Estate since its establishment in 2006.
