The sponsor will be included in the announcement of the evening event, like „GREET Vienna Evening powered by…“.The sponsor’s logo is displayed on dinner and drink menus. The sponsor may also supply own glasses, napkins and ashtrays featuring his logo.

Super Banner

The participant produces a banner approx. 15m long to be hung at the balcony only. The participant provides banner material, we take care of setting up.

Lounge / All-inclusive

Participants operate a lounge in the Networking Area and show their video presentations. The Networking Area is the central meeting place for all participants.

 The package includes:
- exhibition area of approximately 10 m² in the Networking Area
- seating units with side tables
- one stand-up table with bar stools
- flatscreen on a pillar (at least 42 inches) for video presentations
- one prospectus stand
- consumption of electricity

- logo and short company profile in the event publication
- participation in the evening event
- full catering for all participants

Exhibition Stand / Individual

Exhibitors set up their own stands on an area of approximately 10m² in the Networking Area.
All additional costs like fair stand, giveaways, promotional staff etc. to be covered by exhibitors.
