 Wojciech Czaja Wojciech Czaja, responsible for architecture and real estate, DerStandard, Austria
Wojciech Czaja was born in 1978 in Ruda Slaska, Poland. He has been living in Vienna since 1981. From 1996 to 2004 he studied architecture at the Technical University of Vienna. After several years as an architect, he gave it up entirely and decided o join the writing trade. Since then, he has been working as a freelance architecture journalist for daily papers and professional journals in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Croatia. Until now, he has written approximately 1.500 articles and papers. In 2006, he was awarded the Signa Tour Awards for sustainable tourism for a paper on rice cultivation in the Philippines. From 2007 to 2008 he was editor in chief for the Austrian and Danish architecture magazine 91° More than Architecture. Besides that, he has been giving lectures and speeches at several universities. Currently, he is honorary professor at the University for Applied Arts in Vienna.

Aleksandar Opsenica was born in Belgrade and is professionally present in Serbia and the region. He is the founder REBEC – an investment which platform since 2008 monitors the real estate development in the SEE and Western Balkans region. He is the publisher and Editor-in-Chief of  AG Real Estate since its establishment in 2006. He was a speaker and moderator at European events such as Expo Real and Real Vienna, as well as at many regional conferences, especially in Ljubljana and Zagreb. He is the initiator of the regional cooperation that is being developed since 2012. in terms of connecting local professionals dealing in trade in the real estate markets of Slovenia, Croatian, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Serbia.
In addition to organizing REBEC event and publishing AG Property magazine, he is actively present in the Serbian real estate market as a consultant to many Austrian and Greek developers in the field of development of logistics and retail parks, as well as to Chinese and Russian companies in infrastructure and construction projects.
He is a member of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia (2008) and one of the founders and the General Secretary of the Association of Appraisers of Serbia (2011).

Gerhard Rodler is publisher of the Austrian trade journal "Immobilien Magazin" and editor-in-chief of the daily online paper "immoFlash". He started his career as a journalist working for the business editorial team of the Austrian daily "Die Presse", where he was responsible for corporate finance before he left. Subsequently he founded a still operative training and consulting organization (Easy Learning) with branches in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria. Following this experience he worked for the brewery group Ottakringer (Ottakringer, Pepsi, Vöslauer) in PR and marketing.

As a journalist Rollet has been working on real estate issues for about 15 years, initially as senior editor for the magazine “Facility management” published by WEKA. He then moved on to become chief editor of the magazine "Immobilien Magazins" (real estate magazine), a position he held for the following six years. He continues to write numerous articles for national and international publications in the field.
