GREET VIENNA has already proved a successful combination of networking, exhibitions and conference, a concept that this year will be expanded by yet another element. The “Lounge-Talks“ will be an opportunity to discuss each topic in detail, either in small groups or in face-to-face meetings, so as to maximise networking efficiency.
GREET Vienna is designed for decision makers in national and international real estate. As before GREET 2014 will again focus on "investors” and "projects".
This B2B platform is particularly interesting for participants in national and international real estate business operating or planning to operate in Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe (including Russia, Turkey and CIS).
2014 will also for the first time feature 
dedicated to classical and alternative debt financing. Financing turns out to be the most crucial aspect in the realisation of projects. Ideas abound …. but how to finance them? Which projects are most likely to receive financing? Which kinds of financing to choose from and which ones to choose? finvienna has all the answers and will also scrutinise individual models, such as large-volume and infrastructure projects, as well as hotels.
